Please use the online Lesson Scheduler to book your classes. Click here to do so. If it is your first time to register for a class, you must please fill out the registration form and waiver below please. Classes open to Pine Tree members and non-members. Cost is $199, payable monthly.

Individual lessons can be booked at Magic City Indoor Golf on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with Neil Thompson. Click here to do so.

Individual lessons at Pine Tree are open to members and non-members and are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with Neil Thompson. Click here to do so.

All classes and lessons at Pine Tree are to be paid in the golf shop for non-members and via member charge for Pine Tree members.

If you need to cancel or change a lesson or small group class (clinic) click here to access the lesson scheduler, log into your account, then navigate to your profile. Then click on the Appointments tab to manage your appointments -- this includes lessons and small group classes (clinics). To change a time, you must cancel the one you don’t want and schedule another at the preferred time.

I hereby give my consent to my participation in the Adult Golf Program presented by Thompson Golf (Academy), Inc. (the "Adult Program"). On behalf of myself, I hereby release Thompson Golf (Academy), Inc. and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors, including, without limitation, Neil Thompson and Jeff Copeland, from all liability in connection with my participation in the Program. I acknowledge that the activities conducted during the Program may present a risk of injury/illness to me, including as may specifically relate to Covid-19, and I voluntarily assume such risk of injury/illness.

I hereby give my consent to the possible usage of my image, via social media or in promotion of the "Adult Program", taken while participating in the Adult Golf Program presented by Thompson Golf (Academy), Inc. (the "Adult Program").

I hereby authorize Thompson Golf Academy to take and use pictures of me taken in a photograph, digital image, video, audio clip and/or testimonial (written words). The images may be used and published for marketing and other purposes for the benefit of Thompson Golf Academy including, but not limited to, possible publication in newspapers, social media and the Thompson Golf Academy website and our teaching locations websites. I acknowledge Thompson Golf Academy's right to crop, edit or treat the photograph, video, audio clip or testimonial at its discretion. Photos and other images of persons learning and enjoying the game of golf is one of the best methods to encourage others to learn and enjoy the games and we are grateful for your agreement for Thompson Golf Academy to use the images. It can also be an excellent way to recognize the achievements of our golfers and students. I understand that once a photograph, video image or audio clip is published in social media and/or a website, it can be downloaded by any computer user. The undersigned hereby releases Thompson Golf Academy, its officers, agents and employees, as well as any and all users and exhibitors of said pictures, from any and all claims, demands, accountings, and causes for which the aforesaid videotape, testimonial, motion picture, digital image, or photograph likeness may be used pursuant to this Consent and General Release. It is also my understanding that I will receive no compensation for the use of my likeness or testimonial.
